Consistency Academy is led by Coach Sammy Edwards, a high-performance coach and communication expert.

Originally founded as a personal resource during one of the most challenging periods of his life, Consistency Academy was born from Sammy’s need to rebuild, redefine, and reimagine who he was.

As a child growing up in Los Angeles, Sammy dreamed of becoming either a professional athlete or the President—big dreams, but ones he pursued with relentless focus. In school, he often stood alone, not out of rebellion but out of deep commitment. While others played, he practiced. That quiet intensity took him across the country to Loyola University Maryland, where he played Division I lacrosse.

But once he got there, the reality hit: he was underprepared for the level of competition—and life. A string of injuries, including concussions and complications from Lyme disease, forced him to walk away from the game before he could leave his mark.

It was devastating. Years of discipline and identity tied to a single dream—gone in an instant.

But Sammy didn’t fold. He pivoted. He kept coaching. He kept showing up for others. And eventually, he turned that same fire inward—learning, training, building his body and mind from the ground up. It wasn’t just about fitness anymore—it was about consistency, identity, and influence.

His journey led him to work with world-renowned communicator Frank Luntz, where he mastered the deeper principles of leadership and communication—how people think, how they connect, and how to move them with both words and presence.

Now, through Consistency Academy, Coach Sammy coaches students around the world—helping them become the strongest, clearest, and most impactful version of themselves. He helps high-achievers step into a new identity. One built on clarity, communication, and consistent action.
